Analysts assist in all areas of royalty administration, including but not limited to publishing, record label administration, licensing, copyright registration, royalty statement analysis, and allocations.

Senior Analysts assist in all areas of royalty administration, and liase with Firm Account Managers and Partners, as well as external companies and clients to meet deadlines. You will also provide support and direction to Analysts when needed.

Supervisors provide daily supervision of royalty operations and workflow. You will read and interpret complex royalty agreements, and oversee issuance of royalty statements and special projects.

Managers are responsible for all areas of royalty administration. You will supervise the work of Royalty Analysts and Supervisors.

Tax Accountants contribute to tax planning, tax preparation and perform entry level research to understand, interpret and apply tax law.

Senior Tax Accountants contribute to tax planning, tax preparation and review, and analytics for more complex clients. You will perform higher-level research to understand, interpret and apply tax law.

Tax managers perform tax planning, tax preparation and review, and analytics for sophisticated multi-jurisdictional clients, including modeling various tax scenarios.

Directors create and implement strategic tax planning and new legislation review, and finalize tax returns. You will manage and run client engagements, write detailed tax reports, and address tax errors or issues that arise.

Staff Auditors perform audit procedures to achieve audit goals. You will master audit and accounting programs, procedures, and work paper technique, as well as maintain open items lists and status reports.

Senior Staff Auditors are responsible for day-to-day audit activities and maintaining auditee communications and relationships. You will also train staff and review audit workpapers prepared by staff.

Supervisors manage staff and senior auditors, and foster teamwork. You will evaluate and adapt audit procedures to achieve audit goals, maintain audit engagements, and organize team workflow.

Managers cultivate and improve client communications and relationships. You will manage team priorities, support upper management, and complete tracking of billings and budgets.

Our Finance team manages the financial operations of the Firm, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting and analysis.

Our HR team manages all aspects of employment for the Firm, from recruiting, training, and supporting employees, to ensuring legal and policy compliance, and administering benefits.

Our IT team manages the Firm’s technology infrastructure, including hardware and software maintenance, network administration, applications training, and cybersecurity.

Our Office Services team supports the day-to-day operations of the Firm to ensure a functional work environment, including coordinating mail pickup and delivery, maintaining office supply inventory, and working with building management to resolve maintenance matters.
