Carolyn Rossip Malcolm founded CRM Management in 2002. She manages the business and financial affairs of actors, directors, writers, musicians and production companies. Carrie advises on business matters, estate planning, and tax planning for clients in the United States and internationally.
Carrie’s focus is Business Management, and she specializes in:
- Cashflow management and planning
- Contract review and negotiation in consultation with counsel
- International tax treatment of artists

After receiving her BA in Engish from UC Berkeley, Carrie worked in the live music and film production industries. She later became a Certified Financial Planner. Carrie has been in business management for over 25 years.
Carrie serves on the Boards of the New York Women’s Foundation, the Atlantic Foundation, and the Alex Fund. She is also active in several community organizations in Cambodia, the birth country of her daughter. She lives in Tribeca with her son and daughter.
