Career Opportunities Have Never Been Brighter At NKSFB

As we emerge from 2+ years of COVID, the future has never been brighter at NKSFB. The combination of internal growth and ongoing expansion creates a unique environment for personal growth and career opportunities.

On January 1, three exceptional individuals, Jeff Klein, Steve Landau and Geoconda Ruiz-Hoffman joined the Firm. Each has been a long-term and valuable contributor to the Firm’s growth and success. At the same time, more than 70 other staff members earned promotions. Overall, more than 10% of the entire Firm will move up into new roles during 2022.

During January the Firm completed two separate mergers, adding Avery & Greig, LLP in Santa Monica and Richard Welling, LLP in Torrance.  These transactions added two offices, three partners and more than twenty-five Tax and Business Management professionals.  NKSFB now operates from six offices with more than 600 partners and staff.

To quote our Managing Partner, Mickey Segal, “There are endless opportunities for people to move up in this Firm. Those who strive to advance, who have the ambition to achieve a goal will find it with NKSFB. The proof is found in these numbers and the endless opportunities before us.”
