Looking Forward to Our New Offices

Over the past few months, we’ve all done our best to adjust to the new normal. Working from home, social distancing, face masks and hand sanitizers are now part of our daily routines. As we follow the news updates on medical efforts to control the spread and impact of the COVID-19 virus as well as the potential opportunities for vaccines, we can start looking forward to what comes next.

Several months ago, we announced that the Firm signed leases for new office space (7,000+ sq. ft.) in Garden City, NY (relocation of the Farmingdale office) and new office space (58,000+ sq. ft.) in Encino, CA (consolidation of three offices in the San Fernando Valley). The work disruptions that we’ve experienced impacted, but did not end, planning for these offices. Space planning is essentially finalized, furniture selections are underway, and demolition of the old improvements is completed.

While projecting construction times is difficult in “normal” circumstances, we hope to complete construction and move into the Garden City office in early August 2020. The larger move into the new Encino office will not occur until early November 2020.

Additional updates will follow during the construction process. Tours will be available as we approach completion. The excitement will build as we move forward, and we will share significant developments with you along the way.
